GMP Manufacturing 

In 2005, MacroGenics opened a cGMP manufacturing facility for the production of monoclonal antibodies (mAb) required for clinical trials.  The facility consists of approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of clean room space for cGMP manufacturing and 10,000 sq. ft. for supporting warehouse, QC and development laboratories and offices. The manufacturing process features largely disposable product contact components, including WAVE bioreactors for the growth of cells in chemically defined media.
