Anti-CD32B
CD32B is an inhibitory receptor expressed on specific immune cells. MacroGenics is developing multiple anti-CD32B monoclonal antibody candidates for i) cancer therapy, ii) autoimmune/allergic disease, and iii) adjuvant applications to enhance vaccine and antibody efficacy. An IND for the first anti-CD32B lead, MGA321, will be filed in 2008 for treatment of B cell malignancies.
