Cancer Targets

Using ICAT (isotope-coded affinity tag) reagents, novel targets are identified by analyzing differentially expressed proteins on tumor cells and their normal counterparts. This technology is being applied to discover novel surface expressed targets on tumor cells to enrich MacroGenics' proprietary pipeline of monoclonal antibody therapeutics.
