Location:  Rockville, MD

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• B.S. or M.S. in biology, biochemistry or related discipline
• 2 to 3 years of molecular biology experience
• Experience with PCR, primer design, cloning, prokaryotic and eukaryotic protein expression, ELISA and FACS
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
• Experience with lab automation and library generation/screening is a plus

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Research and development of novel therapeutics in the areas of cancer, infectious disease, allergy and autoimmunity
• Aspects of antibody and protein engineering including: cloning, mutagenesis, library screening, transfection, and protein characterization
