MacroGenics is developing products around the Dual Affinity ReTargeting (DART) technology. This approach focuses on developing dual specificity antibody-like scaffold proteins capable of targeting multiple different receptors with a single molecule. The DART strategy is a proprietary approach which affords a number of advantages over conventional monoclonal antibody.
